Instagram has been weird..

For one, my activity page bunches my likes up together. Idk if this is an update or something but whenever I get new likes it says for example “27 recent likes”.
Also, since this change happened to my activity feed like 4 days ago I’ve been getting WAYYY less engagement. My page is about a sports team and because there’s so much going on I’m still getting very good engagement from THEM, however my posts are barely hitting explore after that.
I know Instagram has shadow bans but I’m not even using hashtags anymore so I just don’t know what’s going on...
