How to link Facebook to Twitter?

Hey all, I help run a local 911 scanner page on Facebook with a significant following. We want to expand to Twitter and Instagram to reach a larger audience. Instagram was easy, all figured out. But Twitter on the other hand... not as much.
I know this was a thing as of a few months ago but from my research, the feature has been removed due to some policy changes or whatever. We do not have a source of income and because of the high number of posts we make monthly, free versions of Hootsite simply won't work. What are some ideas that you guys have for this? Any help is appreciated! :)
