Favorite Instagram reporting tool?

Hi all — what's your current favorite reporting tool for Instagram? Buffer has been buggy and I need to switch. I need to use something that will:
- Allow custom date ranges
- Includes likes, engagement, accounts reached, etc
- Includes hashtag performance
- Doesn't require me to use it to post; will pull info if I posted through the IG app
- Includes Stories performance
I'm open to paying; would like to keep it at or below $50/month.
