Fast and efficient way to research hashtags for twitter and instagram?

Hey, currently I'm using the search feature of both Instagram and Twitter to search for good hashtags which is a lot of manual work since I schedule 2 weeks worth of content ahead.
Wondering if there's any fast way to get hashtags and see their data as well (like a hashtag generator or something with data) to help me decide whether to use them or not?
