Locked out of Facebook and the number that is listed for my account no longer works

For the last 2 days Facebook has locked me out of my account and Facebook have stated that I have to receive a code to my old phone number which I no longer have access to. This only happened when I linked a Facebook page with my Instagram account and then I got locked out of my account asking to do a security check, which I haven't broken any Facebook community standards. It's keeping me from communicating with my friends and family. I don't know when Facebook is going to let me back into my account as they haven't given me any communication whatsoever.
