How Do I Get Better Response Rates on Instagram DMs?

I just launched an app on the app store that helps micro-influencers get paid opportunities. I've seen strong interest from those who I've gotten to sign up, but struggling to find more users. Funny enough, there's a bunch of companies who can't wait to use us, so demand is there. I just need to increase supply of influencers. I've been contacting influencers through DM but getting a low response rate and seem to hit the Instagram DM rate limit rather quickly (25-40) per day. Any help/ideas would be hugely appreciated!
