Anyone had their Instagram / Facebook ads not spending any campaign money?

I had zero ads spending any money on my Facebook/Instagram account since last December. Not sure what happened.
I used to just be able to create an add and get decent results. I kept the same audience filters but the ads just don't start. They are approved and go through the time allocated. But in the end its 0/£10 spend , 0 impressions.
Doesn't matter what I do. It just doesn't start. My audience for filter is quite large around 20 million. And estimated reach shows around 2k daily. But i dont get a single result
Anyone faced similar issues? Any suggestions?
