Twitter account being repeatedly trolled

Hey everybody
So as the title shows, one of the Twitter accounts I manage is being repeatedly trolled by what seems to be one person. This was confirmed when upon blocking the first troll account, they created more and kept posting on our feeds. I'm not really sure what to do beyond blocking/ignoring since they'll just keep making accounts to continue trolling.
Their posts aren't getting much traffic if any, however upper management wants this to be dealt with before it becomes an issue. Does anyone have experience reporting consistent incidences like this to Twitter? Should I submit a report and get a hold of customer services, or just keep blocking the accounts as they appear?
