Social Media Managers: Sales Question

I’ve been upping my sales game and actually following through with prospects. We hop on a discovery call so I can learn more about their business, to qualify them for working with me.
But when it comes to me, they ask questions after they answer all of mine. Asking a general question. And I feel like at this point when I’m talking I start losing them. Maybe it was just in my head. What do you talk about when people ask for more information?
I do content curation + hashtag strategy for IG. (I would say IG is my speciality). My thing is social media is 1) good to get clients and 2) good to build your brand. It’s social proof. So I also do GMB management and build Google + Facebook review funnels to build reviews for the brand.
Though I don’t keep track of numbers, return on investment or anything. Do you guys?
