How much does a micro influencer get paid and what formula is used? Does the formula differ from influencers with larger followers?

I'm trying to understand some more of the economics behind varying degrees of social influencers and how much they get paid to refine the algorithm in an "influencer" game I made.
I understand followers, engagement rate and category have a heavy impact on this, is there anything else that is a determining factor?
Also, I'm curious as to the lowest amount of followers for which a post has been paid? If you are currently getting paid per post, how many followers did you have when you were first approached or paid? I understand that can be a private question, so no pressure.
I think I've made a decent first attempt at determining a pay per post dollar figure in-game but I would love to improve it so it mirrors real-world economics if possible.
