Made a post on instagram about donating and now unable to promote posts?

Basically a portion of sales would be going to a charity. Attempted to promote that post, it was denied as having a political affiliation.
I’ve tried to promote other posts since then and they have all been denied, despite having nothing to do with donation/ charity/ politics. Post is just about my product. Anyone have any idea what’s going on?
