Looking for someone to make content for my social media. Where should I look?

Hai Haii! I'm currently running an instagram game page of a mobile game I've created. I've made all the pictures my self using Canva and photoshop, but I have absolutely no time to do that anymore. Does anyone know where I can hire someone to create pictures on kind of a modest budget?
I'm a college student and alot of the websites I go to say "hire top designers", and I don't think there's anyway I can afford that right now. Not saying I want to pay dirt cheap or something below standard pay, but I can't pay anything nearly as much a company would. Does anyone know where I can post jobs or look for people that create social media content?
