Can't connect insta biz account to facebook page.

I can't seem to connect/link my clients Instagram business account to their facebook page. I've set everything up from scratch and never had this issue before.
I keep getting an error on both instagram and facebook's end when I attempt to connect the pages from either side. I've left it, waited a few days and the bug keeps happening.
Would love any help.
