I need some advice on FB Ads targeting

Hi, I need to target car dealership owners (eventually managers) in the US in my Facebook Ad. I find audience part a bit tricky. So basically it is easy to select business owners or people with titles like CEO, Owner, Founder etc. located in the US.
But what can I do to make sure that these owners are actually owners of the dealerships? I can for example choose "car dealerships" in interests. But so many people are following Tesla, BMW etc. that I really doubt it will help me.
Can you please give me any advice on how to effectively target car dealership owners? Thanks in advance.
