Fb account temporarily locked and identifying not working

Hello! My Facebook account got temporarily locked on Friday. I was writing a message to my friend and then it suddenly happened. I tried to recover my account, but when I complete the steps, then it says: "Sorry, this feature isn't available right now. An error occurred while processing this request. Please try again later." It happens all the time when I try to recover my account, I don’t know what to do anymore. I also tried to recover my account by submitting my ID pic and then FB said that my account is not disabled. Is someone had similar problem and do you know what should I do?
