YouTube thumbnails not showing on Facebook

Just curious if anyone else has this problem with sharing or posting your latest video on Facebook and the thumbnail doesn't show. I've tried it on Hootsuite, directly posting on facebook and also using personal facebook account the thumbnail doesn't show up until an hour or so later. Is there a work around?
