Is there a way for filter out bot accounts out of your Facebook page followers?

Around almost two years ago I created a page for my product and gave like 80 bucks on ads- really a small amount to invest in 'marketing'. However, this turned us over with 13,000 followers in matter of days.
When I looked into the stats, it showed that around 10k of them were Indonesian. Then I searched for some info and found that there had been some glitches in bot directing on some facebook ads back then- and random pages were affected
Over the years, 2k of them dissapeared on their own however the page is still filled with bots. It's a bit embarassing because it looks like I bought stupid bot likes..
