TikTok FYP Stopped After a Couple Hundred Views

Ok, so I just started a TikTok pets theme page...
One of my videos, shortly after posting, ramped up to around 450 views, got me 28 followers! I was super excited until it suddenly just stopped getting a ton of views. From the 450 views, it got 170 likes, which is pretty decent I thought, it also got 8 comments.
Anyone know why the heck it stopped promoting the video so suddenly? I have gotten like 15 views in the past 5-6 hours (5-6 hours after it stopped getting a ton of views very quickly).
