Sharing to multiple Facebook pages

I work for a company that has a Facebook page for each location (16 total). We have not used Facebook much, especially corporately. Most posts are by the individual locations. However, we are frequently having to update each page with new regulations regarding Covid-19. We have been copying and pasting each time to every page which is quite time consuming. I think Hootsuite can post across all of the pages but when I went to their site you have to sign up with a credit card. We don't use Facebook that often and I'm not sure we want to pay for a service. Facebooks only solution was for videos. Does anyone have a free solution? Thanks in advance!
