Scheduled Facebook Live Stream not Launching

I'm able to schedule a live video through facebook.com/live/producer. The scheduled feed shows up properly on my page. When I try to actually initiate the feed when I'm back on facebook.com/live/producer, the left-hand side of the page is just shows the loading circle and is greyed out though the button at the bottom says "Starting..." It doesn't start no matter how long I wait (so far 20 minutes).
I've tried this multiple times and I keep running into the same issue. Any help?
