How to handle my moms obsession with facebook?

So I like to keep my online presence as anonymous as possible, but I can't because my mom likes to take photos of me when we are doing something together for the whole internet to see. She would sometimes lie to me that she wont post it and she does.
She often post everyday things about her(which is fine) , but when it includes me I get pissed off(ie. getting a A student certificate and then her posting that).
I tried talking to her that I don't want to be in her social media but she just shruggs me off.
My moms character is pissing me the fuck off, how should I deal with her?
