Facebook Payout Country

Hi, maybe someone knows this: my facebook page meets all monetization requirements and I am about to set up the payout account. I am german living in Taiwan and I have my bank accounys in Germany, before I screw something up, I wanted to ask if the bank account / paypal for payouts needs to be in the same country as the page or the financial/page admin ? It is an individual business page (gaming video creator).
