Facebook algorithm destroys me

I want to increase the number of likes on my job page (am a nutritionist).
This is the page fb *.me/Origen.N.org In my opinion it is not spam or junk content. I post around 10 AM/12PM/1PM and share it in FB groups of recipes and healthy food.
- How can I make my videos appear on Watch
- Does publishing every day help? 3. Would you recommend opening a GI with few followers?
- Recommend some type of advertising campaign and amount of money to start.
- Any advice / Tip is welcome.
I would like FB to recommend me on Watch or that my posts appear to people who follow me, but the algorithm doesn't help me. As great as my videos are it just doesn't show it. I have never paid advertising, but in the future I will. (+ - $ 65USD total) for now I can not pay more. My long-term goal is to hit 10k and be able to monetize.
