Which is better for marketing (music) in 2020? Twitter or Instagram?

Since Twitter added their "see top tweets first" update, I'm assuming that gives tweets a chance to get more views
I'm unsure which would be best now for using as the main social media to market my rap career since Twitter added that feature
Before the top tweets update came out, I heard something about how apparently only 0.1% of your followers see your tweets or something like that on average, which is awful compared to IG, but how much does the Top Tweets algorithmic feed change those numbers?
Currently I'm mainly using IG and marketing via hashtags and commenting on new posts from big rap pages to try get the top comments (I've heard a couple times that this is the most effective free method on ig), but then if I switch to Twitter, I can reply to all the new tweets from big sources and set my feed to show all the newest tweets first, however on twitter there isn't top comments like there is on IG
Which would be best to use in 2020? I made a new Twitter last month so I don't have many followers on there, meanwhile I've been running my current IG page since July last year
