TikTok Video not getting more views, although high likes?

Allright so at this time the video has 1794 vies with 431 like which is 24% of all the views. Yet it is not shown to more people. Only veeeeery slowly like 50 views in an hour. I dont get it, it's succesfull in views to likes, has a fair amount of comments yet is stuck where it is. Can anyone explain?
