My Facebook was hacked, then disabled and permanently disabled

I'm not the guy to have any online security issues, but I had a dude (got his ip, pretty sure he didn't use a vpn) that tried to reset my password countless times and I countered him several times, but somehow he got through and did something to disable my account.
I've realized that Facebook is a shitty company that won't let me talk to a human, and every possible way through the automated process they have is that "your account has been permanently disabled" with no appeal.
I have no chance to state my cause. But all of that is fine, except;
They won't let me make a new account on the site. They get disabled and deleted.
How to get around it? I use Facebook solely to talk with family through messenger, and I won't be able to get them to convert to something else anytime soon.
Any insight would be appreciated.
