My facebook account was disabled as well as my instagram

This morning at 9:00 PM, i logged onto instagram and it stated that my account has been disabled. I have my insta linked to facebook so I went ahead into facebook and it also stated my account was disabled. The thing is, I haven't posted anything on my facebook account for months now. It also had a two-factor verification on it. I have tried to submit an appeal form for my disabled account but an error just shows up saying "Your form couldn't be sent, please login into your account for more information about how to request a review". I don't know what to do, if there is anything to do.
