Mass check username availability from a predetermined list? Primarily twitter, and upto about 500 words.

I want to start a new twitter based solely around my characters on various video games. Before I create the characters (and thus choose a name that will be shared across multiple games) I want to grab the matching social media handles. I would like to create a list of possible names (eg sturdy, substantial, vigorous, etc) and then be able to check through them all automatically, to see if the account is available. I expect at least 100 words but happy to do it in batches if necessary. For free.
