Locked snap account

My Snapchat account was locked 4 days ago, and it is still locked. I've waited 48 hours, but I'm still locked out. When I go to the snap website to unlock my account, it says it's permanently locked, but the app says that my account is only temporarily locked. I've never touched any third party app or violated their community guidelines. Snapchat support is super unhelpful. Does anyone know a way to unlock my account, or does anyone have any idea what I should do?
