Instagram "promote again" button not working

I promoted a post on my personal IG account a few days ago for 24 hours, got plenty of engagement and decided to promote again yesterday.
I paid for another 24 hour promotion on the same post, but this time no reach, no engagement, and my budget is stuck at "spent 0 dollars"
Has anyone had this problem before ?
