How to get rid of Twitter spam

Hey guys, I have a real estate client in Saudi Arabia and for some reason the account is receiving over 60 daily mentions and they're obviously fake accounts. I dont know how to stop it as it is affecting my work making it difficult to engage with actual clients. Any idea what's happening to the account and how do I stop it?
