Great social media management tool suggestions? - Scheduling, repost, hashtags

Hey,
I currently use hootsuite and I'm looking to upgrade. Right now I feel like I'm missing a few things. I use it for twitter and instagram, but would like one that works well with facebook too. I currently make a post on hootsuite, then have to edit it on instagram on my phone because I wasnt to use more characters than twitter, then post it seperately to facebook.
Most of the posts I make are about articles I write on my wordpress site. A great wordpress plugin that takes me to the tool after posting would be helpful.
A big issue is the draft having to be edited for instagram. Can any tool make a single draft that can then be edited per site i.e. make a draft, then have a twitter and insta version without doing it manually with copy and paste?
Hootsuite does allow me to pick from feeds to repost, but the tool doesn't feel like it displays information very well. I'd like a clearer feed with more options to choose from - like I'm actually just browsing hashtags from the instagram / twitter platforms themselves.
I need scheduling, would really like a tool that shows best times based on my posts actual performance.
A hashtag suggestor would be very hepful and cut down on a lot of manual phone typing.
Also multiple pictures supported for insta (hootsuite doesn't do this).
I also tend to have lots of little technical issues connnecting facebook/instagram with hootsuite and have never been able to set up direct publishing.
Any suggestions on a free or fairly cheap tool would be really helpful!
