Courses/Links for an Aspiring Social Media Manager?

Hello,
I can openly say i'm new to social media management. I started by working the Instagram of a business run by myself and a friend, but I feel I can be doing so much more.
I currently help operate 2 businesses, mostly as a photographer and creative/graphic designer, and want to take on a stronger social media management roll but I almost feel overwhelmed. I get the basics of hashtag strategy and things of the sort, but learning Instagram, Facebook and Twitter seems a slight bit daunting.
I want to really dive in and dedicate myself to learning, and would like to know if there are any courses or resources available that can get me going and feeling more comfortable.
