Facebook shop locations file upload

Hi everyone,
Is my first time writing a post on this subreddit.
I am a project manager for a small digital company. I need to create multiple Facebook shop locations for one of our biggest client.
Facebook's help center says that in order to do that you have to upload a sheet with all of the information about the single shops you want to create. Facebook provides the template file for you to fill. However, there is no indication on how to fill it.
For example, how do you write the opening hours (which format)?
Does anyone of you happen to have a sample of the template file filled with some information?
