Facebook Engagements Lacking Lately?

I'm the marketing and social media manager for a few local bars, and over the past week or so, nothing I post on Facebook or Instagram seems to have any traction. I'm pushing similar content to those that have had huge success in the past, but now I seem to be struggling to get likes and engagements. Is this just me needing to switch it up a little bit more, or are other people having a similar issue?
