Facebook account creation?

I deleted my Facebook account sometime in 2018, I just created a new account and it worked so far as I can tell but I'm not allowed to use it as it's being reviewed? It's been like that for 24 hours at this point. What are they reviewing? I have nothing on the account as I just created it, and why is it taking so long? Is there anything I can do about it or do I just have to wait?
