Sprout and Zendesk Integration

Hey folks- am laying the groundwork for some revamping of my job’s social media CS, and am running into an issue with our Sprout and ZD integration. I’m not able to create a help desk ticket for every post that filters into our inboxes. Am I missing something? Can ZD tickets only be created for posts we’ve responded to from Sprout? Hoping to set up a call with our rep soon, but would love to resolve this particular issue before then. Thanks in advance!
