Should I ask my client to cover the cost of management software like Hootsuite or Sendible?

I have been working part-time as a social media manager, strategist, and consultant for an individual for a few months now. I advise her on, and manage her personal Instagram account, as well as the account for her business. I also handle the Facebook posts, and on the side, I do a lot of work to put together newsletters and whatnot.
Up until this point I've been using Instagram's internal analytics as well as the ones that UNUM offers... then, logging everything into spreadsheets. It can be tedious and take time to interpret and log.
I'm really wanting to look into subscribing to a dashboard software. I feel like it will save me a lot of time and effort to just have those numbers laid out in front of me, rather than taking chunks of information, logging them into a chart or sheet myself manually... and updating them manually.
As I only have one client, and her business is small, there is no need for a whole expensive business account with any of these companies. It would be great to just sign up for a $30 a month, single-user type deal.
I didn't start out searching for a social media management job, my work with this client just kind of evolved into it. It isn't really something that I plan on acquiring more jobs for... but you know, anything can happen. So I didn't set my price with the need for a subscription like this in mind.
Should I just sign up on my own and pay out of pocket, because in the end, it will save hours of my time to be working on a platform like this, reducing my workload, and essentially saving me money? This way I could also use my subscription for personal accounts, (I do photography as well).
Should ask her if it can be expensed?
Or, should I ask her if it's in her budget to increase my pay by $360 annually so that I can afford a service like this?
Also, if you recommend something other than Hootsuite or Sendible please let me know!
