Problems with my new FB group (publications, notifications, refresh)

Hello,
I have been running a FB group for a week, it has almost 400 members now. I'm pushing a few posts a day, and i do have some real likes/reactions/comments.
Unfortunately, i'm having a few issues :
- very few of my posts are showing in newsfeed (got word from a few irl friends)
- when they have notifications of my group activity, they are redirected on "old" posts from yesterday
- sometimes when they check the group, they arrive on "old" posts and have to refresh manually
Problem is, i need people to see my post when they're "fresh" ;) i have seen similar posts (2 comments, 2 likes) pop in my feed more often coming from other groups
Maybe i'm missing something, i'm new to all this :)
