Hidden Snapchat viewers

I have my story publicly viewable and under "other" viewers there are a few people showing up that I used to have added but unfriended. I can see who they are and what their username is. Recently though, I've been seeing these people and then "+ 2 more viewers" for example, at the very end with no way to see who those last two were. Why is their identity completely hidden? Is it because we've never been friends? I find it frustrating that I dont have the ability to see who they are.
