So in short if i have a german account that posts in German should i use German hashtags or English ones? Or a blend like below.

For example, If I use hashtags like #MaleFashion and at the same time I mix it with the same thing in German ie #MännlicheMode.

Basically I want to know if anyone has seen improvement in post performance?
