How many times should I appeal a Twitter violation? Or try something else?

So I posted about the new mechanic "Dynamaxing" in Pokémon Sword and Shield and my account was instantly locked as soon as the post was up. I tried to appeal the lock, but I was denied, stating I posted "abusive behavior". Should I attempt to appeal again, try to directly reach TwitterSupport, or what?
