Managing Pages while away

Hello everybody !
I have an instagram page, basically reposting stuff from a specific niche, it’s growing pretty good. But in january I’ll be leaving my country (based in Europe) and I’ll be in Australia for 3 months. I don’t know how and when I’ll have internet right there. What are your suggestions for managing a page while being on holiday ?
