Instant Instagram post from folder or directory?

I'm trying to figure out a way to automatically upload photos to Instagram from a folder on my phone or computer or even cloud folder.
The idea is that I don't care so much about tagging or anything like that, I just want to drop a picture into a folder and then it gets pushed to Instagram. Is this possible? Even willing to work with something like tasker. I just don't know how to do it...
Anyone have a lead for me? Thanks!
