Instagram photos getting reported while competitors’ exact same photos stay up.

Our geo niche IG keeps getting targeted by reporting our pics yet larger (and smaller) IG accounts don’t have to remove the exact same pic.
When we try to appeal, IG always deletes our pic. Is there anyway to see who is reporting you? How do you deal with this harassment? How can you get competitors to delete same pic?
