This is my first time posting in this reddit. I just wanted to know people's stance on deleting social media its affects on mental health. Do we think its best for mental health to delete it all together? To go through periods of not looking at it? Or best to just embrace social media and post whatever you like and not care?
Just curious towards people's opinions in this group.
