Facebook- trouble posting as business account

Is anyone else having trouble posting as their actual business profile on their Facebook page? Before, I could use the real FB app to post as myself or them on our page, and now it’s just as myself. I have the actually page manager app but it’s just a hassle and it’s really bothering me! Especially when I want to reply as the business to comments, there’s no option to change it. I even went to settings and I have the option turned on to interact as my business page.
