Question about Facebook fundraisers

Hi! I was wondering if it's possible to create your own fundraiser for a private cause on Facebook instead of choosing from the selected organizations. Also, I would like to know if people without a Facebook or Instagram account would be able to donate to said cause or if you absolutely need to be registered on Facebook. Thanks in advance!
