new account -Post best stuff first? Does boosting old posts work well?

Would you post all your best material first? I hear that the first 10 or so days, instagram wont promote you until they know you're not a bot etc.
I have 200 posts ready to roll, 50 5 stars, 50 4 stars and 100 good posts, what would be the best way to gain traction?
