Urgent question re FB Ads Manager

I have a question about Facebook Ads manager. Basically, there is a video shot by some media company about my startup which I want to promote. Boosting a shared post from their page is not an option. So I wonder if it's fine to upload the video on my page and promote it through ads manager? Will fb approve this post or I will face copyright issues?
P.S. the media company is fine that I'll be using their video on my page.
